Never knew....

There are alot of people out there that want to get a different blow off valve just for the sound of it. I (luckily) am not one of those people. I just put in my intake (Buschur) yesturday and this morning when i drove to work i never knew how loud an intake would make my blow off valve sound. It is deffinitly audiable even with my music up and my windows closed. It's pretty awesome when things start to come togeather how the little things make a world of difference. People if you want a louder blow off valve get an intake.... you'll never imagine how it makes a world of difference.

Don't forget the tune after you install the intake. And yes it is a sweet sound.

Yeah, my fully-recirculating Forge RS is ridiculously loud with my Buschur intake. I can't even do light boost slow shifting without at least some audible noise.

Yes, I never had an intake like this before either, and wow, I thought I had a leak in my intercooler piping! I can hear it slightly at 5psi and sometimes less than that.....

It's not too loud though, and defintitely wouldn't want one that vents to the atmosphere.

Right now all i have is the stock BOV (this weekend Al is bringing me a Forge RS) but when i added the intake all of a sudden the BOV "woke-up" . It doesn't sound as loud as a aftermarket valve but it is deffinitly audiable. It sounds nice.

i can hear my Type-S bov even when i shift in vac, not even in boost. i love the sound of that faint whistle after the loud woooosh and the turbo sucking in the air when it's spooling up.

He is getting tuned. He was just passing along info he didn't know until he installed his intake. We've been saying this in other threads for a while now for those who can't live without their 2F2F sounds, but he just now experienced it first-hand.

I see I didn't catch the part where he said he was getting a tune I'm at work browsing the boards until I get busy
