Evo is the next DSM
Evo is the next DSM
There are some many people that evo's now in days everywhere i go i see a evo . I stoped at a dealer the other day and saw a evo going for $12,000 and i though it was said to see that they dont hold a value any more.
Ive talked to a few people about this and they all agree with me on this one. What you guys think.

Anyways...... this supposed issue has been covered tons this year. They, the 03's are 4 years old now, and some have 75k miles - that'll drop the value, it happens.

12k? That's pretty hard to believe. Evo's are definitely hot cars right now. I see used VIIIs on dealer lots all the time. They are lifted onto "eye catching"displays even though they are used cars.
Drove by a Honda dealership-sticker price for the car was $37,000. Drove down a couple more lots to a Volvo dealership...$39,000.

They are not losing their value. In fact, being that CT9A is getting decommed, the value should pick up, something like Supra's
If the car is being sold for $12k, it's either missing the engine or something else because even if you part it out broke, you can get more than that.
I would go pick it up if it's only $12k, a real Evo (not a body-kit Lancer) and it's driveable.

And yeah, Chicago is probably the highest concentration of Evos in the states :} There are only a few of them around here.
Impossible to believe. I'll give the OP the benefit of the doubt that it is, in fact, an EVO.
There is NO WAY it is an EVO in the "normalest" sense of the word...for $12,000 there is most definitely something wrong with that vehicle.
NO WAY.
