HAHAHAHA OWNED they bent you over on that one.. thats the stupidest thing I ever heard.. I would take that to court or mananger or something...

I did some yelling to the district rep and the service manager. But what does that do, nothing, i am just another angry customer to them. They do not give a ****. They are also aware they will never receive any of my business again. As for a lawyer, I really do not have the time, and anyways just taking the transmission out myself and sending it to TRE, was cheaper then getting a lawyer. And i trust TRE to work on the Trans. I wouldnt trust mitsubishi to do that job. I wouldnt even trust them to change my fluids
