There are two black plastic pieces that came with it that don't seem to be mentioned or pictured in the instructions. And I also have the AMS IC, which does not have a spot for the one bolt............?

The are deflectors. They bolt on to the area infront of the wheel well area. They are held on by the bracket that is bolted on the car.
Yeah, there should also to two metal brackets for each one also

You might have to rig something then, or get a bracket welded on to the IC for the bolt.
