I need help!

I am in need of some trouble shooting help. I recently had a compressor surge and heard something pop. Itought it was the IC hose and indeed it was part of it. I hook it back up and checked all the other hoses and none of them are blown.

Here is the problem. There is an inmense leak and the turbo will not spool past seven pounds. I am not sure if it's the actuator or the BOV. I run a greddy Type s recirculated, bot I am not too familiar with the workings of a BOV. Anyways, I put a vacum pump to the top of the BOV where the vacum hose is connected and put some pressure in it and it bled out. Not sure if that is what suppose to happen or not. When I start the car, the car starts fine and runs good (N/A) but as soon at the turbo stars spooling you can hear the leak. At idles it hold vacum normally and as soon as the boost gauge starts to go past 0 when I am driving you can here it the air escaping. Not sure if the diaphram in the BOV blew or the acuator **** the bed. all I now is the compression is good all the way across and the car runs fine, just no boost. the BOV doesn't make a sound and neither does the wastegate... Can someone please help?

No it didn't come off. I checked all the hoses. took the bumper off and traced everything. That is why it leads me to beleive that it's either the actuator or the BOV.

Put the stock BOV back on, and see if thats not your problem. make sure its on the correct way also. I doubt its your actuator!!
