Calc that is pretty good to get a general idea -
My car currently weights 3370 w/driver, so it would take about 514 whp and good driving to get to high 10.9s according to this calc.

That doesn't say WHP...
If you put in my race weight (3400) and my current WHP (300), it says I'll run 13.08, but I ran a 12.30. I basically ran that when I was stock with 248whp. It also doesn't take 60', gearing, altitude, weather conditions, etc. etc. into account.

In 3 weeks I'm doing ams intercooler and pipes, waste gate acuator, and exedy twin plate. Then in about 2 months I'm doing a 2.3 stroker and 100 shot... I'm not sure what my numbers will be but they should be over 500, so I'm wondering can I hit 10's with this set up?

When I enter in my race weight 3370, and known dynojet whp, 330, I get 12.6. I ran a 12.4 with that setup. So its close, but not perfect.

The HP is only a small part of the equation. People dont realize that going fast is ALOT more than power.
I have seen PLENTY of 600 horse plus cars never run a 10. At the same time I have seen cars barely cracking 300 hit mid 10 second passes.
To run a good time you only need a few things. This is them in order: Skill -> a good drivetrain -> HP to weight ratio
With lots of power but no drivetrain you wont move anywhere. With a good drivetrain and lots of power but no skill, you wont get anywhere. With great skill, a great drivetrain but not that much HP you could go a lot of places.

We hit a high 10.90 with under 500 on a FWD Dynojet.
