Any good info on this...

Looking for info on understanding how tuning works. I get the basic jist of what an air/fuel ratio is, etc.. but I want some good info that starts from the basics to understand exactly how to tune a car yourself with a datalogger, AFC, or some form of engine managemnt. Info I'm refering to would include, but not be limited to: Air/Fuel, Compression Ratio, Timing, Fuel Octane, etc.. I'm thinking about taing an EFI 101 course this summer, but I want to get the most of it, so I'm trying o learn some now. Thanks.

Have you taken this course? And if so, is thi all I'll need to tune, or will I need the advanced class? Just wondering b/c this is the class i was talking about taking. I looked into it.
