I think high eleven's are within the realm of the possible, given the right set of circumstances. That said, I would hedge my bet and figure your ET's could fall anywhere between the 12.3's and the 11.8's. Have it dynoed if you dont have a nearby track. (Hmm, is that really an '05 Evo VII?)
