I ordered parts a week ago and they billed my credit card and still did not ship the parts. Anyone deal with them ?????

 

Oh and the only contact they have is e-mail..... I should have checked this first. I would have never ordered parts from them, I like to talk to a person.....

 

We(a shop) have dealt with them a bunch before. They are kind of slow and usually take their time doing things. Their method of dealing is not very good either. We have to call them and wait for them to call us back before we can order anything.

 

Do you have a phone # for them ????

 

Never a good sign to have pulled your money before shipping the product.
Try to get in touch anyway you can. If not, have your CC company reverse the charge and go elsewhere.

 

If I remember correctly they own Lancershop. Just call them and ask them.
