Whiteline has a bump-steer elimination kit.

http://www.whiteline.com.au/

I'm not sure who is the distributor for Whiteline in the US.

Edit: Well they have a rear bump steer correction kit, and a "Steering Precision" kit for the front. I'd email them to find out more if you're interested.

Align & other
Front Steering Precision Kit 1 KCA387 KCA387
Rear Bump steer correction Kit 1 KCA388 KCA388

I run the nagisa front bump steer adjusting kit with the nagisa control arms. To get it to properly work you have to space up the steering rack which I haven't had a chance to do yet.

As for fixing the rear bump steer your only bet is Deck Mechanical. I have the white line rear bump steer kit and it doesn't change bumpsteer what so ever.
