so im going to get another evo this weekend (03 ww evo with 12500 miles 21k)
and im paying cash but the kid im buying it off of has to pay it off so the bank still has the tiltle to the car . do i half to wait for the title to get this thing regesitered
and get plates on it
what /how can i get some plates with out having the title

 

you need the title signed over to you when you go to the dmv to register it
