As far as I can see, that meter kit is in the worst possible location there is, the little cubby. If it weren't located down there, then I say go for it. But if I were you I'd just look into the aftermarket for the meters. But then again that's just me.

I've been considering it too, but even if the gauges were angled towards the driver, you wouldn't be able to get a good look during spirited driving -- I think i'd prefer something that doesnt require my eyes to deviate from the road so much.

my 2c.

Those gauges are useless. I'd just get an aftermarket boost gauge and mount it on the steering column instead.... much more usable.

We'll be doing an Defi gauge install (First just boost gauge, then 3 others) and that might be a better choice.

wuts wrong with the cubby as a location for gauges????

i think that the factory gauge package is a great idea and is a great location as it is not in the way, yet is easily visible. the only problem is the price.

3 Greddy 60mm gauges would be a good idea- boost/exh. temp/oil press.

since when do you look at gauges while your driving anyways? lol. i wouldnt want to be driving next to yall

Why oil temp and not oil pressure in the sports guage kit? Weird. Makes no sense that a bleeding edge high tech car like the Evo comes with no boost or oil pressure guage.
