Please help me, cuz I'm dumb.

My 03 had a front end collision. Even the aem intake and battery were fubar. However, surprisingly yhe bushar intercooler was fine, lucky.I just got the car back from the auto-body shop and here is where the problems start. I step on the gas and it is very noticably slow. It sounds like a massive air leak in the under the hood, but it now has a stock intake. I know it's not accurate ,but my apex i turbo timer reads 10.0 way before 3,500 RPM. My stock plastic blowoff looks like it may have been damaged. So what the F is wrong. I'm very worried and the shop now has it ( like they know what thew hell they are looking at! ). I suggested to them to check all clamps, the blow off valve and that the waste gate is working properly. It was used so I dont think it has been flashed but aem filter and pipe were in place when I purchased it.

Pressure test is the first thing I'd do.

They replaced the blowoff valve and I instructed them to tighten all boost clamps and vaccuum lines. I got it back. They thought they fixed it because the code was cleared. They said it was saying "rich condition in cylinder #1". Drove it home 3mi, noticed the same ****ty performance (drove like poop!), and before i got to my driveway the service engine light came on! So now they are giving up and it has been towed to the local Mitsu dealer.
