running very rich

well i recently just added nisei intercooler piping and now i am running very rich, and shooting flames alot..... i was dynoflashed before the piping install....is my piping whats causing me to run rich?

well let us think about this...prior to piping no flames I presume?...now intercooler piping and flames...if I had to guess, I'm going to say that there in fact lies your problem

It shouldn't cause you to go rich like that. My guess would be a large boost leak, or you messed something up during the install. That is very good piping, so I don't think it's the parts.

well i had 4 bolts on my exhaust manifiold to head..very very loose... could that have been my leak? i did a boost leak test after that and it was holding boost very good....and slowly tapering down....took it about 5 minutes to get down to 10 psi...
