03evo swaps ecu?

i want to know if we both have the 03 evo and can we swap ecu?
my is flashed so I need a stock one so i can bring my car to the dealer and have them fix my tranny problem.

I dont think you can swap ecu's without a modification to the ecu. dealer shouldnt know unless you have launch control or uppped your rpm limit.

I believe the key code is tied to the ECU.
