i was looking into buying an evo ix. i was interested in modifying it but nothing too extreme altho i know an ecu reflash/upgrade would definetly be the way to go. something just along the lines of intake/exhaust and maybe new rims/tires. keep it simple. i know on the wrx an intake is a bad first mod without ecu tuning, is this the same on the evo? also what is a good exhaust( not a turboback just a catback )with a deep and throaty tone? ty much

 

Yes, an intake is a bad first mod. It's not needed at all.
