Is that normal

I think I have problem with my airconditioning system:

when I turn on cabine fan also start to work climate control (AC button is on off position), and also both fans start to run (engine coolant and ac condenser).

Is that normal?

Also inlet/outlet button doesnt work, so I check the wiring and the motor and seems that all is OK, only think that I didnt checked yet is button and AC ECU. Is it possible that there is problem?

There is nothing wrong with you car, the fans do what they do.

and are you talking about the "inside/outside"(dont know the tech term) button? if you have the temp control to the max, that extra click with the greyish dot, you can't have "outside air". To get it to turn "outside" to "inside", it has to be in the blue or red. Also depends which vents you have them on, if its on the windshield, all the way right on the vent control, its only "outside" air.

I think you have it on the "MAX AC" setting. Take it off that and that should do it when you have the temperature setting ALLLLLLL the way on the cool side it clicks into "max AC" which makes the AC automatically go on when you switch on the fan. Put it half way and see if the AC still comes on
