man,

I need a second set of wheels to keep some cheap kuhmos on.. or something not as sticky as the stock rubber... for those afternoons when I'm feeling drifty

Either that or a digital dollar sign counter for the dash

Great pictures! As someone who likes to take pictures at autocrosses, I'm particularly intrigued by how you got shots 3 and 4. Those are very cool, but I'm not clear how you got those -- from inside another car? The first two are standard autocross picture fare -- still well done and you've got the timing done pretty nicely and they're sharp (lots of DoF though). 3 and 4 are very cool and you've got some motion blur in the wheels as well which is always nice. It looks like it is cropped from a video camera though because the interlacing is obvious. 5 and 6 are a bit unsharp but really nice photos still (it helps when the driver is throwing the car around).

An Evo at the last Test and Tune:

For some reason he didn't show up for the autocross. We also had a pretty red one show up right at the end of the last local autocross, but he was a complete poseur who talked up the Evo like crazy -- you know: how it does low 12s stock after removing the spare, goes to 170mph with the limiter and 230mph without, 50hp available right now from a super-cheap chip alone, etc. Too bad, sicne the Evo is an incredible car that needs no exageration.
