No, but most piston companies off the shelf pistons for the stroker come in 20 over.

people will usually only bore it out if it needs to be due to wear or damage(scoring, etc.). You dont really pick up much displacement boring it over so not many people spend the money to have it done.

2.3 is pushing it for me. i'd personally stick with a 2.2 (JUN) if i had the funding to do so.

Your joking right? You would actually spend that kind of money on JUN products when you could build something just as good at a MUCH cheaper price?
