ok so here is the problem. working on putting a clutch on an 03 evo. whcih i have done before. the prblem is the clutch peddle is on the floor and wont move. is this a problem with the clutch master cylinder, or the fork that connects to the throw out bearing. also there is no play in the movement of the fork. and i know this was connected properly. so what could be wrong. only helpful tips needed nothing sarcastic please.

P.S. also i have the service manual for the car. so this was literaly going by the book.
