Yup, they are both it. But the top one is the one you want. It's the newer style and "I THINK" they fixed it a bit for the flutter.

I have the same one as shown on the BR site, and it's great and holds boost fine, but it is very sensative and will flutter at part throttle a lot of times. Uner WOT it's fine and stays rock solid holding pretty much any boost I'm throwing at it.
