im almost about to give up.. please help

ok so for those of u with evo 8 jdm mr headlights (yes.. the blacked out ones) HOW DO U RAISE THE LEVEL OF THE HID?! ive tried phillips screw driver. NOTHING. can anoyne give a DETAILED DESCRIPTION ON WHAT TO DO!? i cant see more than 20 feet ahead of my car.. and im very pissed about it. hit 2 tires so far.. so ANYONE with info please share. ive made threads in the past and NO useful info has been posted. thank you

is that dial inside the car set to zero? I dunno if that applies to JDM headlights.

thats all there is to it. make sure the device you're using is actually grabbing the threads, and not chewing them up, or you're done.

and yes, they tell you in the manual, to set it to 0, then adjust.
