Ya, I noticed that. I just figured that maybe since alot of car companies speedo's read high, it must be for a reason (beccause they would get screwed if one read low, so they play it safe) and they adjust it back to correct speeds at high speeds (over any speed limit).
I could be and probably am wrong though......
