From a cold start it idles at 1500rpm. As things warm up it slowly goes down to about 900rpm.

From a cold start after an ECU reset it is briefly at 2000rpm and then 1500rpm as usual.

anywhere between 650 and 950 is a good idle...the thing is.....does the idle jump around a lot......then there is a problem.

look on the sticker under the hood...that gives the idle RPM +/- 100 rpm (usually). so it does change.

Per the S-AFC right about 840-850. It was at almost 1K, but I dialed it down a bit using the idle air screw on the throttle body. 830 is about as low as it would adjust, so I backed the adjuster off a bit to get the ~850 range.
