Never count on dealer service...
This am I get ready to wash my car and figured I'd check my oil level since I had my car serviced yesterday at the dealer. I pop the hood and notice my oil cap is suspiciously absent and there's oil everywhere. Turns out the tech left my oilcap next to the strut tower. I called the dealer and talked to the owner and he said the thay would do whatever needed to be done, free oil change, detailing...etc.
I'm about 1/2 to 3/4 a quart low...I usually check the level as soon as I get home but I was in a hurry to head out. That's what really bothers me, that I drove for 100 miles with oil going everywhere. I still cannot believe they's make such an amateur mistake.
