My story

it was June 30th and i was driving home from westwood. On the way onto the on ramp of the free way i made the mistake of going too fast around the bend and hit the curb. it immediately broke the steering and the steering did not work. I had it towed to the nearest dealership. It was LONG BEACH Mits. as soon as i dropped it off, a guy that works there comes up to me and is a complete a$$.
i then went back to get my glasses out of my car the next day and one of the employees talked to me. He said,"this is a really seriuos thing, i can tell by the way you hit the car will never be the same again, and after a month it will start vibrateing." and he went on and on about how the car was ruined. but then brough something up about a trade in and i new this guy was full of it.


they told me it was the rack and pinion sterring and the needed to replace a tie rod. I called my insurance company and got every thing settled and recieved a check from them. Then dealership tells me that they got the rack and pin steering, but the tie rod was on back order. They then told me the car would be ready on friday the 21st. i called them and they said that the part still hadnt come in. i let that one go. i called the next monday to check and see if they got the part and started working on my car, and they said the just got all the parts in and the car would be ready on friday. i call that friday and they said the ordered the wrong parts. i told my father what they said and he got even more furious than me. I was a little scared i must admit. That same day he talked to them and they said that they actualy got the part in last night and the car would be ready tuesday. WTF is going on here, are they just lazy? or are they up to something else?

DO NOT EVER GO TO LB MITSUBISHI... EVVVEERRRRRRR. FOR SERVICE OR BUYING A CAR.. I DONT KNOW HOW THERE PRICES ARE BUT HOWEVER LOW THEY MAKE IT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM....EEVVEERR!!!

i will hopefully have my car back on tuesday, but if not i am not sure what i should do. should get a tow truck and take it somewhere else? does anyone know of a good place to take it?

This is what you do bro call the Southcoast Mitsubishi Store 714-545-1700 and ask to Speak to Abbas who is the owner of Long Beach, South Coast & Victorville and explain everything that happened. You can also try to get a hold of Sam at SRT Motorsports who works with those two dealerships as well. evopros.com Hope everything works out. BTW the owner is at South Coast 90% of the time so you shouldnt have any problems getting a hold of him

Uh, yeah...get your car the hell out of there. Just boggles the mind that people think they can make a living with that kind of service (or lack thereof). Boggles my mind even more to think that they're still in business because people are willing to bend over and take it.

Don't be like the others...take your business elsewhere and make sure they know WHY you did it.

Ayup...think of it this way...even if it's an inconvenience to have your car moved (IE. Towing fees or anything like that)...consider that you're getting crappy service, crappy work (more than likely) and just an overall crappy deal. It's not going to change. In the long run, whatever you need to do now to get your car out of there will be FAR better than waiting around and letting them handle it.

ALL They know IS how to sell EVO's THATS IT!, they dont know jack **** about
our cars, even parts department SUCK! ok? Get real, and learn something
about our cars if you work behind the desk, YOU dont even know what oil
goes in our TC, TRANS, REAR Diff, how many Qrts....

IAM sick and tired ! of parts department in IL.

The only guys that you actually can talk to as parts department and mechanics
are in bigger's mitsu, in Elgin.

Sorry, i had to explode.

One more thing, IF you sell evo's?as sales man? learn something more about Evo's and dont act like you sell ferrari's
