Automobile Magazine: Evos dont have much tuning potential

That mag sucks - they don't actually test cars. They just take pictures of them and then publish the manufacturer's claimed numbers as fact.

Whichever editor wrote that should be given a ride in AMS Evo down the dragstrip and then pushed out of the passenger seat right after it hits 140mph. He should be writing for nothing more than a weekly high school newspaper. Moron

David E. Davis left his long-time position as the editor of C&D to form Automobile. He felt that publishing test data did little to convey the experience of driving a given car and decided to base the editorial premise of the publication on subjective impressions. This requires more input from the reader and will most definitely deter any magazine racer from patronizing the text.
