Here is a run down of the mods that are on this car, just so it is all perfectly clear. Also will have Jarrod update the our site tomorrow with pictures/desciptions of the car.

2003 EVO8

BR (Buschur Racing) Stage 3 2 liter shortblock, standard bore.
**This is the EXACT engine we build and sell everyday for our customers. NOTHING extra.

BR Stage 3 head.
**This is the EXACT head we build and sell everyday for our customers. This head is PORTED AT OUR SHOP! We are using Ferrera springs/retainers in this head.

BR minibattery kit
BR coil on plug ignition
BR Race FMIC (w/3" inlet and outlets)
BR custom fuel cell
BR Fuel pressure regulator kit
(4) RC 1600cc injectors
AMS fuel rail
Apexi N1 suspension
Robi Spec alignment
Hoosier slicks
BR 3.5" custom side exit exhaust
Kansai intake manifold
STOCK front axles, STOCK rear end, STOCK driveshaft, STOCK transfer case
Exedy Triple disc clutch
Bushwhacker transmission
Driveshaft shop Stage 5 axles (original design)
Weldon Fuel pump
Revolver Camshafts
BR small radiator
BR -12 upper and lower radiator hoses
BR custom built header
GT42R turbo
AEM EMS, w/5 bar map sensor, integral Uego, Air temp sensor
Reese Chassis rollcage
BR built, Percy lexan windows
BR custom upper and lower 3" intercooler pipes
BR poly front and rear engine mounts
AMS Wilwood front brake kit

Other side notes. We built the engine here, as we do all engines we sell. We ported the head here, as we do with all heads we sell. We built the car, I tuned the car, my brother drove the car. He is COMPLETELY lifting off the gas STILL when shifting. This is every gear. There is NO power shifting yet.

The car is no longer a street car. Tired of that direction, it is what it is, a race car. It is gutted, has lexan windows (with the exception of the drivers door, it is complete and still power window). We are running slicks and open exhaust. After seeing no respect given to a "full weight" car running fast pass after pass we took this route. This was right after the June EVO VS. WRX Showdown. The engine in the car was built and installed last fall. Since then we updated the rod bearings in the car to the new race bearing we have. Other than that (knock on wood) we haven't had to do ANYTHING to the driveline of this car all year. We have changed clutches as at this HP level we are making about 20 runs and we need new discs. We have lost count of the amount of runs that are on the car. The day after the showdown we put the car on a diet. Since then it has made countless trips to the track. I'd venture to say we have atleast 50, 9 second runs on the car since the showdown. It is just unbelievable.

Very good day for us at the shop. Can't remember the last time I saw every single guy at the shop smiling at the same time!

Looking forward to the shootout this Sunday. Hope we can shave off another .06 seconds!

Not trying to start a war here but didnt you blow something up at Englishtown for the Mitsu/Turbo Dodge day? I saw the run you did it on and then talked to you briefly when you had your car on the trailer. Dont remember exactly what you said happened, but I think it was head gasket and freeze plug, not sure what else. Just wanted to get clarification on that.
Yes I poped a freeze out plug which took me 10 minutes to replace - thanks
