Hey Bigl4201, I saw your post with the result. The xenondepot kit looks awesome. I'm just debating because the kit is pretty expensive. How much did you pay for installation of your kit?

I read somewhere to stay away from xetronic kits.

The stock HID uses 4300K.

I know what you're saying about getting as much light as possible so what I was thinking about is to convert the fog lights into HID also and use the 3000K bulb (the Golden Yellow Color). I live in the CA valley and it get foggy in the winter I've read that the 3000K helps you see better in the fog but i'm not sure if it's possible or not.

Has anyone ever done this? Can you give some comments on it?

From personal experience, Kaixen is the best. I tried Eagle, MCcolough (sp?), xetronic and have seen a bunch of others. Kaixen is by far the best in finish and quality, also has the best packaging of them all. My friend also owns a detailing shop and installs HID kits as a part of his business, he also says Kaixen is the best HID kit he has seen as in finish and quality.

It comes with a fuse, no cutting splicing necessary and uses Diamond cut bulbs which from my understanding only Philips offers for OEM applications at the moment.

Unless you compare all the kits infront of you, any kit you buy and install at first will seem/look good.
