Are the front and rear braces, rear wing and brake cooling ducts, etc. considered factory or dealer-installed options? Can anyone point me to a source that CONFIRMS this?

 

The parts you mentioned cannot be changed. Any of the Ralliart parts are dealerinstalled, not factory installed, so they are not allowed. You can only change shocks, panel filter, catback exhaust. I am getting VII tails, but they are cosmetic/no weight reduction so they are fine. Here is a good site:

But the rear Wing is a FACTORY option right, so it should be stock legal correct?

 

Wing and sunroof are legal. You can add a cat-back exhaust, drop in filter, shocks (but not springs), front sway bar, and tires. Rims have to stay the same width/size and within .25" of the stock offset. You can add the cosmetic Ralliart parts, like door sills, shift knob, pedals, guages, etc, but nothing that changes aerodynamics or reduces overall weight.

Boost controller, air intake, SAFC, body kits etc will boot you to prepared or modified real quick.
