Oh well. If you ever need anything else just pm me. I know how some shops can be with charging for services on an Evo. Its like they think since we can afford the car we can afford to pay out the ying yang in labor I always try to work with my customers to charge them a fair and seasonable fee for services.

let us know how long it eventually takes. If they put three guys on it, you might get out today before they close, unless they stay open till 10 pm or something like that.

A clutch in 2 1/2 hrs? You'd need at least 3-4 guys working on it, no way someONE can do it in that time by themselves, and do it right.

I am not trying to back anyone up but, like I said before I have done a clutch on a '04 (no ACD) in about 2/3 hours. Keep in mind though I had 3 other guys helping for a total of 4 guys. Granted I was the only one that really knew what they where doing but, I just put them to work and got the car back together for a SCCA Touring 2 event.

We needed alot of and but, got it done . I do agree that it would be nearly impossible to do it solo though.

4 guys X 3hours = 12 man hours. I dont have an issue with that, but 1 guy 2.5 hours??! not on this planet..........i have a car lift in my back yard, tranny jacks air tools....It takes me and an apprentice 6 hours, 8 if we are slacking......
