Thermal Exhaust Ready for Shipment

Is this full turbo back exhaust or just cat back. Also $700 seems kinds high, I paid $450 for Thermal R&D cat back on my Acura GSR just a year ago. Usually Thermal is one of the more inexpensive companies. Now if it is full turbo back then it is a good value. Also do you have a sound clip of the exhaust.
