not really... it's actually kinda lame...
not that i was expecting a great stereo, cause of the nature of the beast, but i guess i was just spoiled by the 210watt Infinity system from the Galant...

I added a 10" infinity sub. I am using the stock stereo and speakers....sounds 10 times better now than it did without the sub. I built my own speaker level to line level convertor out of some resistors. Sounds great NO COMPLAINTS HERE! This is mainly what most factory stereo systems lack is low end...the deep low end that is...that gives the sounds the shape you want it to have. I figured that since there are components up front I'd just utilize those instead of messing with taking the doors and everything else apart.....cause once you take things apart thats when rattles really start to become noticable. Just my 2 cents.

But, I would prefer to know the max depth in the door w/o fabricating a pod - that is more pain the the *** then I am willing to go, I think anyway
