Real people win. I won the EVO from the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution Sweepstakes - I'm still waiting to get it. The judging agency has turned the paperwork over to Mitsu, and the rules say it can take up to 4 months to get the car. It's been about 1 1/2 months so far.

dude... just cuz its modded doesn't mean that its illegal in the US. What about the RMR Lancer? Modded right? Is it illegal? No! Plus the term modded can go into many things like suspension, car audio, paint & graphics, and legal engine mods such as how nuespeed makes CARB approved parts for VW's, but i see what your saying about the Evo 7.
