Deep Tech question?

I'm going to built an evo engine but I need some torque specs. The rods are eagle.....I need how much torque they used and also the engine has arp head studs........also need torque and sequence on that. Thanks for any help you guys can give...

Also I have to comment about my evo. It's 2003 with the 2005 turbo, downpipe, exhaust, hks filter, head studs, 272 cams-264 cams, cam sprokets and a reflash....the engine made 335hp with 338 torque...
I really don't think that for all the things that I have the engine doesn't have enough horsepower.... the engine is running at 21psi..
I own a dyno but it's not for all wheel drive so I have to go to another one but I really know how to tune a car. Some guy here have all those things but without the cams and made 335hp with 330 torque. Basically I think that if the car doesn't have a ported head or more boost on it the cams only work fixing a little the hp curve al low rpms and throw the hp to the end.

Also one final comment......can I do something to the evo that made it from wheel drive only or rear wheel drive only??

Thanks, any help will help.

Rhys Millin makes a kit to convert to rear wheel drive. Look it up hes got a couple of evos he built drifting now.

As far as building the motor there is no need to torque them any different then factory specs, so get a factory service manual and go from there.

So your saying your ENGINE made 335 hp? is that on an engine dyno? Or a chassis Dyno? Assuming its a chassis dyno figure for only 21 lbs of boost your in pretty good shape. add some alcohol injection and turn up the boost. you gotta remember that alot of these close to 400hp on stock turbo cars have the boost turned up to 25psi or more. You gotta remember these cars only make 240 Hp give or take stock

And your assumtion about the cams is partly true, Yes your cams (depending on what kind of course 272 just denotes the duration not the lift ) Will move the powerband futher north in the rev range. But the fact is they are designed to injest more air, If sized correctly they should injest more air through the entire rev range. but peak power is generally moved a little further north. Will you get more of a gain with a good head port? sure, But your peak power will move higher in the rpm range. I really wouldnt worry about porting the head untill 500+ wheel horsepower. Hope that answered your questions!

I tried to check about Rhys Millin way to rear wheel drive an evo but I didn't find any kit available. I you have any site where I can check products for evo convertion to rear wheel drive I will be more than thankfull.
The dyno was a chassis dynamometer. A dyno jet to be more specific. I own a Mustang Dyno but is only for rear wheel drive or front wheel drive cars. That is why I need to find out a way to rear wheel drive my evo so I can tuned it myself with time to check what things are the right ones.
Thanks.

Do not use the torque specs for a stock motor. That is wrong. You are going to be using ARP hardware. The correct way to install those bolts is to measure for rod bolt stretch. Going on the torque alone will usually put you on the low side and will not give you the correct clamping pressure. Do a search on rod bolt stretch and how to measure for it.
