How is the Exhaust note on the stock evo

Mine comes in next week and i want to know how it is.

 

at idle and light throttle blips it has a very nice feel and sound to it. not overwhelming. its a shade under an aftermarket exhaust

definitely louder than any other stock car ive driven, but sounds good.. and not really annoying (yet?)

on the road, low and high speeds - windows open - u can feel/hear it. closed, you hear mostly engine

 

it's not as throaty as a wrx's, but it is a lot smoother sounding

 

I think it's to quite coming from my contour svt.

 

It rumbles a lot at low RPM's (1500-2500). Nearby car alarms get upset pretty easily inside garages. At higher RPM's it becomes a nice medium growl to redline.
