Longer shifter arm for better shifts...

I posted this in the Drag racing forum because i thought it was more appropriate, but i thought that in this forum section it would reach a more wider audience, and someone would have a clue on it..

I saw this video recently, i believe the car used is a honda del sol or some sort and is used in Auto X, however it would prove quite beneficial during drag racing (combined with a short shifter kit)

My question is, does anyone know where to find such an extended arm or of some sort?

heres the video (short but it focuses on the shifter itself):

One of the members advised a Ikeya Formula Sequential system which is very sweet and definetly on my "to get" list, but it is also quite expensive..

Anyone know where i could find or how i could search (keyword wise) for such an extention on the shifter arm?

Thank You..
