believe or not..the gas friendly evo
I just got a custom road tune by Al this weekend. I'm still on my first tank since that occurred and I've been getting pretty lousy mileage. Of course I'm having a lot of fun in boost. If I can gather the willpower to stay out of boost for an entire tank I expect to average more than the 26-27 mpg that I was getting completely stock.
By the way, the tune is an incredible product. There is a huge difference in performance with just the tune.

Wish I could get that MPG heading to Ohio. As soon as I hit Tennesee and the mountains my MPG hits the bottom. Then again boosting around them is pretty fun way to make the 13hr drive less boring.
i drove from lake george the labor day weekend. Driving speeds were 75-85mph with boosting when passing and actually once i did 115mph... two persons in the car plus luggage.
Full tank before start driving. When came home (Queens, NY) i did 280.9 miles and when i filled it up it took 11.216 gallons. Thats 25.04 mpg!!!!
Not bad!
Its a 2006 Evo IX with a Blitz drop-in...

I think with mythbusters they said at 45mph with the windows down as to having them up with the ac on is the break even point.
Anyting about 45mph with the windows down netted less mpg as per drag.
