I know there are about 60+ threads covering this topic, however, I just want to end the controversy. I recently had it pulled, after having suspension wiring done (EDFC). It was due to the fact that the negative terminal on the battery wasn't removed during wiring. This then pulled the Supplemental Restraint System(SRS) light. The only way to remove it is through the dealership, they have a tool to take it off. It cost me $40. You don't want to remove the bulb, as other people have done. When the SRS light is on, it's possible that the airbag may not come out during impact. Please, get it fixed properly, for safety.
