Lucas oil additive and your engine/tranni... what to know, options, thoughts, ideas..

Now, I've done some searching, and as we all know there are multiple topics and debates on tranni oils and engine oils, but I couldn't find anything really on Lucas products.

How does everyone feel about adding Lucas to the engine and/or tranni of their evo? A friend of mine had a stealth and a really nasty 3rd-gear synchro grind... we put some BG synchroshift in it and Lucas additive and it seriously almsost eliminated the grinding 100%. It used to grind at 2k RPMs practically, and after the fluid change we could shift at 5500RPMs almost with ease... the whole tranni felt smoother and there was only the ever so slightest grind.

so... What about our Evo's, are there any KNOWN issues?? Also, what are some thoughts and opinions?

This guy looks like he knows what hes talking about. Oil additives such as lucas oil cause your tranny or motor oil to foam which will decrease thier ability to lubricate gears and pistons
