When I was making the left she was not traveling on the road yet... She turned onto the road at the intersection about 100yards away and was flying. So there was no way for me to see her. As I mentioned almost my entire car was on the other side of the raod when she hit me. I did not even see her coming... You have to see the road I guess to understand the situation...

I was at a stop sign and the driver was taking a right hand turn onto the road I was on and took it wayyyyy wide right into me. My insurance company will try to gain my deductible back when the go after the driver but in my case she was un-insured so i might have to sue for my money back. Just the **** we have to go thru with insurances unfortunetly.

Unless you can prove you were speeding, you are at fault, legally.
