Got to love NH... I use to live there and I got hit as well by an uninsured person... But the plus in NH is that insureance is sooooo cheap that who cares about the deductible. I'm worried about the monthly bill jumping up...

Doesn't matter.

Unless you can prove you were speeding, you are at fault, legally.
