MR DV Valve Vs The Rest

I am going to be installing a GT35R turbo on my car with other supporting mods. My goal is around 500WHP. With that said, I assume the Metal MR DV valve won't cut it anymore... About what boost level are they good to? Is there any way to crush them to make it hold more boost or is another DV manditory? Also which is the best for the job since I do not want to VTA. The SSQV looks nice and does not flutter under partial boost (pull type) but it makes a gay noise. What are some other good choices?

Thanks

24-25psi as has been said about 350,000 times. You won't be using it for a GT35r. If you are going with an AEM EMS, then switch to speed density and use the HKS SSQV. If you are retaining the stock ECU/MAF, then go with a Forge RS, which can hold up to 40psi wonderfully.

Wow! 350,000 times!!! My question was more like what kind of boost would it hold crushed.... Since I can run 25psi that drops on mine with the stock turbo…. but thanks for the sarcasm. Anyway how about the APS piece? I have read good things about it.
