anyone willing to help fix my evo?

well im new to the evo scene just bought a
2004 evo RS
and i love it...
the only thing is...its non running
heres the problems...
engine will crank but wont start
O2 sensor was cut
one wire was cut off ECU
headers arent completely bolted on.
has a hole ready for any GReddy BOV
no intake
turbo oil feed line
radiator is F'd up
no elec fan
missing cuplinks and clamps for LICP
needs oil
Radiator fluid

i already have...
a new radiator w/fan
Hks RS intake
turbo oil line
cuplinks and clamps
oil/fluids
O2 sensor..

well im lookin for some help if anyone is down.
im kinda car illiterate..can take it apart but cant exactly put it back together.

lemme know if any of you awesome people are willing to come check it out and offer help.

The salesman wasn't wearing a Plaid suit with a comeover was he? What the hell happened to the car? Do you know the history of it? Something tells me you might have paid a "bit" too much for the car. You have to remember to include the price of making it run, as well as the cost of the car. Enough of a verbal spanking so early in the AM. What can you tell us of the history of the car? theft recovery? As you are "not car savy", you better let us help you out with what we can on here.....Free advice.
