i was lookin for a nice new key chain when i bought my new lancer and so far i havent found anything to spectacular but i found this pretty kick *** blank key http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33717 on ebay and i was wondering if anyone knows of any online stores that sell anything like this im a lil iffy on buyin off ebay let me know

what about the anti theft chip in your current key ? No chip no engine start ( even if the key fits ) from what I understand.

yeah i wasnt sure if there was a chip or not i couldnt find that in the maual or the window sticker didnt say anything about anti theft so im not sure if there is a chip

there isn't a chip in the es/ls/oz keys... maybe in the evo

i made some spares for my oz at walmart.... be careful though because the first place i went to had a bunch of blanks for mitsu but none that would fit the lancer /shrug seems they might be a bit different
