OK, before you start in on it...I have already searched and read a bunch of thread regarding the cel codes. But most of what I've read are people with evoIX's. I've tried a few things already,

I started by trying the mechanical cel fix, with two different lengths but both adaptors make my O2 sensor hit the bottom of my car b/c the O2 bung is angled slightly up(espilir jgt500 exhaust)
Then I bought the perrin cel fix and reworked that a few times as stated on the forums. The lights are on as operable so now I have no idea where to look

Does anyone with the espilir exhuast have any suggestions or similar issues, my next resort is to try a different exhaust where the O2 bung isn't angled up so I can just use the mechanical fix. I know that works but the rubbing on the body made me end up having to replace the O2 sensor b/c the wires broke.

i have a megan racing test pipe and i also have a ebay mechanical fix. but when i installed it the first time the 02 sensor hole was angled up and my mechanical fix would not fit. so i just turned it the other way even though know it is angled down a little and i have no probably with hitting it on the floor with my mechanical fix. And my college parking deck has tons of HUGE speed bumps and my 02 sensor does not hit it. you should just try flipping the test pipe the other way and see if it clears.

 

if the light is still on after you put the perrin cel fix. then there is something wrong with you sensor. check all the wires.

 

thanks for all the thoughts, my O2 bung on the espilir exhaust is on the long part after the HFCat so I can't turn it around, wish I could try that.

I checked the wiring against the perrin instructions and I tried a few other ways that people said worked for them on evom. I already had to buy a new sensor so I know that is working. Probably is the wiring, but I soldiered the connections so they should be good. I guess I'll have to have a shop look into it.
