It is VERY common and it will only get worse. Same Shit with my 1995 TSI AWD. Crappy Mitsu engineering.

Yeah mine started making the loud weird noise as well. I took it into the dealership and they said it was fine. It still works fine, so whatever.

If the screws have backed out, I would suggest using loctite on them so that they do not back out again.

Yea when i pull in my driveway or over big bumps you can hear it crakling kinda like the weather striping is " flexing " when i bought the car new it didnt do this but after time it became worse

My celica used to do this because the rubber seal was so dirty. I just kept it clean and it didn't squeek any more.

I called those *******s today about those damn dents.... they said.. as always.. "We have never heard anything like that. We will need to look at it to determine what to do." what kinda **** is that...
