Would you like a second helping of getting ****ed? (clutch broke and car broken into)

To start off i'm mainly a EVOM reader. I have a 2006 Evo IX gg SSL. I created the account cause i needed advice with my recent probelm.

My clutch is gone. I already figured out which one i'm going to get. I had the car parked at my dads house in Miami, FL.

Saturday night between 8pm-5am someone broke my small little window, dented my hood with a crowbar when they opened it.

stole my video camera, my leather jacket, and my 2 leather recarro seats .

and my insurance doesn't cover this lost

Basically i got pozzed really badly.

This is the type of things that make grown men cry.

So now i'm looking to spend about a g for a pair of new seats. Since replacing the Recarros will probably be to expensive.

If anyone hears any hooligans trying to sell seats in miami area please let me know....So i can bash their ****ing heads in

sad to hear that. If you have full coverage insurance they should cover it. Are you sure they refused it, it just seems so wierd. Ahh just buy a cf hood and some brides.

what do bridges go for? (pic) i'm even just considering buying just one seat for now, since my *** is broke as a joke. i figure

a) it will save me some money to help me get the clutch and hood fixed
b) it will look a little bit more race car "ish"

I have a 250$ deductible on my EVO for this reason alone. I have a garage and she lives in there, but I hate going to the mall, movies, etc for fear of damage when I come out. It's just the mentality of the agegroup in that scene IMO...... I'm not in that age group, but pay the price for immaturity and juvenile behavior. Insurance rates went up too because of all of the idiots getting in wrecks!!! argh.

I've seen alot of cars parted out on eBay lately. I saw a set of front seats go for about $500 and the windows go for about $300 each. You probably won't be able to find those deals again, but if you wait it out you might. WTH kinda insurance do you have? It's an evo for God's sake. You almost have to expect something to happen now days, sadly.

^^ They were probably his seats .

Get better insurance I have a 50 comp deductible. You insurance company should cover the seats but youll have to get your homeowners insurance to cover the items left in the car thats what I had to do when mine got broken a couple days after I got it
