The only sympathy anyone really should be having here is for the girl...the driver will get what he deserves. Much like a passenger on the back of a bike...the passengers really are at the mercy of the driver's actions.

I hope they throw the book at him....

I don't understand you guys relating his age to his level of intelligence. It doesn't matter how old you are, EVERYONE knows you aren't suppose to drink and drive.

It affects all ages, races, sex, and creeds....people who get behind the wheel after drinking wreak havoc on theirs and others lives.

if this crap continues they may put a stop on evos coming to the US shores. I know its hard to believe but could happen.

I have never seen more thefts, crashes and deaths all in the same car before as the evo. The numbers are staggering.

WTH? I am new here - is this how it normally is? Half the threads are about drunk driving in evos.

He is a friend of some family friends of mine. He races a rail car at Bandimere here in Colorado. I never met him in person though, I just always heard how he has an evo too.

Thats insane, I dont see how people can drink and drive after seeing/hearing things like this.
