We DO include a 02 fouler with each system when it is purchased here brand new. It is in the bag of hardware you recieve with your exhaust when it arrives. If you purchased a highflow cat with your TBE we normally do not include it as the CEL is not a problem. If there is a problem and you get a CEL with the HFC we will send you a 02 fouler at no additional charge to you.

 

Oh i just got your stage 1 and 2 and I did order it with the high flow cat, i guess that is why it took so long for the light to show up
