Angry so I got in an accident

So today driving home from work someone decides to pull out of a turning lane into mine and sideswipe my driver's side. My question is to as where I can look to get prices on the new body parts, etc for an 06 EVO IX. I can't find listings anywhere.
I just want to get a rough idea of what the parts are going to be so the insurance company doesn't try to stiff me.

Isn't the insurance company going to pay for it all anyways?

I agree, but be careful the insurance company will want you to take your car to the cheapest body shop around.

Yes insurance is going to cover but I want to make sure they don't try lowballing what the prices are supposed to be. I already know what body shop I will be taking it to. I just want to have an idea of what the parts are going to be.

Any bodyshop is going to give you an estimate.

Thats what they do, give you a price for what it costs to fix ur beatup whip.

You can also call any dealer to find out retail prices on parts if you think you are getting gouged by a body shop.

Get estimates done at a few body shops to be sure. Estimates are free and it'll just take some time. At least that way you'll have figures from different places.

Being that I need a new door, are the Evo's doors different from regular lancer models? Excuse my ignorance to the car I've only had it two months and mitsubishi's are new to me.
